We Want to be Your Cup of Tea

Exchanges & Returns

Exchange & Return Policy

"We Want to Be Your Cup of Tea"  and we encourage you to discover new teas, new flavors and new pleasures in your daily tea ritual.  We maintain a "one ounce minimum" to make it easier and more cost efficient to try new teas before you invest in a larger quantity.  We source our teas from top-tier Tea Masters who have traveled the world, visited the origins of their teas and botanicals to work side-by-side with farmers to verify the crop quality, season after season. They are confident, and so are we, that you will enjoy the aroma and flavor of your tea purchase.  Your constructive feedback and tasting notes are most appreciated in our mission to be "your cup of tea".  Please reach out to us if you feel the quality of your purchase did not satisfy your expectation. For more information about Exchanges & Returns, see the FAQ’s below.

What if I have opened my tea or used my teaware?

We’re thrilled you have tried something new. If you feel the quality of any of our offerings is anything less than you expected, please reach out to us within 30 days of package delivery date at offfice@teathymeindoorcounty.com or 920-854-3737.  We cannot honor exchanges or refunds if the issue is not quality-driven, but is rather a matter of personal taste. Please note that as an agricultural product, some seasonal and/or batch variance is to be expected in the flavor profiles of tea. For this reason we recommend first purchasing smaller quantities, ensuring the tea is to your liking before committing to larger bags.
